Challenges

Satisfy your sense of adventure by participating in a challenge on behalf of St. Patrick’s Hospital Foundation. Whatever your level of fitness, there’s something to suit everyone! Doing a challenge (and regular exercise) is really good for our mental wellbeing, so it's a perfect fit to combine looking after yourself and fundraising for people with mental illnesses.

Buddy up with a pal or a group and consider taking part in a:

    Run

    Skydive

    Mountain climbing

    Walk

    Triathlon

    Orienteering

    Cycle

    Duathlon

    Overseas challenge

Gather a few friends, family, colleagues or your community group together to participate in a challenge or organise your own activity event. The funds you raise will make a difference to the mental health services St. Patrick’s University Hospital provides.

Every penny you raise will help support people across Ireland suffering from mental illness.

Recently, Fundraisers have cycled the arduous Camio de Santiago across the northern coast of Spain, completed the Dublin City Triathlon and participated in the Cork Women’s Mini Marathon.

We will post information online and links to big events as they come available. In the meantime, if you need any further information, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us on 01 249 3632.
