€10,000 awarded for Creative Writing Project
St. Patrick’s Hospital Foundation is delighted to announce that it has been awarded €10,000 for a creative writing project delivered through the Twilight Programme.
From Autumn 2010 to Spring 2011, 100 service users will participate in an exciting creative writing project entitled Living Expression. The project is funded by CREATE and the Arts Council as part of the Artist in the Community Scheme.
This is a wonderful opportunity for service users to articulate and express themselves.
The creative writing workshops will culminate in a multi-media exhibition which will express the participants work through art, drama, photography, film and dance.
Artist Nicole Rourke is looking forward to the project, and we look forward to welcoming Nicole to St. Pat’s campus in a few short weeks!
